For years, I cried to my friends that I didn’t know if love was out there for me, because I seemed to love harder than the people I was dating.


Which always left me constantly disappointed, frustrated, & alone.


Which is the opposite of what I wanted to be.😂



I felt like I was always the one who was doing all the work...


  • Pulling people along.


  • Overcompensating & overthinking.


  • Making sure they were comfortable when I was just trying not to lose my shit half of the time.



Basically begging & hustling for love.

It sucked.

But I wanted love

so badly that

I would always end up trying to save tortured souls who seemed to drink too much, had crazy exes, bosses who hated them, & have been dealt a bad hand in life.


I would make so many excuses for them to my friends, family & myself to justify staying when I was miserable.


But heartbreak after heartbreak, even I couldn’t hide the fact that I was choosing unhealthy people in hopes that I could swoop in and help them fix their lives so they would see my worth, love me, and stay FOREVER!!!




I’m coming to save you!

so i pretty much just assumed there was something wrong with me, i was unlovable

& just gave up

for a bit...and then decided to actually figure out what the hell was going on & i learned about attachment styles.

and suddenly

everything

made sense!

  • Why I was always worried they were going to leave.
  • Why I would lose my shit waiting for texts & calls.
  • Why I always felt like I loved them more than they loved me.



Why I was a reasonably normal & stable person most of the time until I started liking someone...than all bets were off.


But once i understood how my anxious attachment style was sabotaging the fUck out of me, i was able to get out of my own way & create a

super happy & healthy relationship!
